Cleaning your glasses The first step is to clean the surface of your lenses to see where the scratches actually are. Scratch remover  The next step is to apply scratch remover to your lenses.  Start by dabbing non-abrasive toothpaste on the scratched lens and rub it gently with a cotton bud or ball. To remove the toothpaste, you’ll need to rinse the lens with cool water. If the scratch is deep, you might need to repeat this process a few times. Alternatively, if you don’t have non-abrasive toothpaste, you can also use baking soda and water.
